As a Professional Congress Organiser (PCO), we act as a coordinator for the congress; we work out a timetable and activity schedule together with our client. We procure hotel rooms and take care of hotel reservations for congress delegates and others who are involved in the congress.

With our booking system, we manage all delegate registrations for travel, hotel, participation in seminars, banquets, and social events.

We take care of direct contact with delegates via email, fax, phone and post. We produce name tags for the congress and tickets for social functions.


We send a confirmation and invoice to each delegate, and monitor payment of the entire arrangement that they have booked.

We take responsibility for the congress accounts, receipts and disbursements, fee management, VAT accounting, reporting to the authorities and more, through the use of our integrated accounting system.
