Procurement of hotel rooms
Complete sponsor management
Complete exhibitor management
Reservations and service at congress facility for things such as technical equipment, printed materials, decorations and the like.
Reservations and contact with suppliers for the social program including such things as guided tours, activities, and programs for accompanying guests.

Preparation of registration forms
Management of registration for congress programs, hotel reservations, payments
Provide confirmations and invoices to delegates
Provide contact and information for delegates via phone or email
Management of reservation changes
Contact with restaurants, hotels or other involved suppliers when there are changes or the like

We have worked in cooperation with the hotels in Visby and other parts of Gotland for many years. Our selection includes something for everyone in various price classes. We work closely with the carrier, Destination Gotland, and with Gotland's airlines, Skyways and Gotlandsflyg. PCO Gotland is closely tied to Travelnet Gotland, a travel agency we can use to make reservations for travel to Gotland for any delegates or invited guests who would like this service.
