We are on site while the congress is in progress and we make sure that registration takes place quickly and smoothly. Our employees, who have good language knowledge, help delegates with any business that might arise during the congress, such as new registration, changes, re-booking of return trip, booking of guided tours and general information about Visby and Gotland.

Accompanying us is a computer that is connected to the booking system so that we can check a delegate's bookings for various sub-events.

We can also make changes, as well as register and invoice new delegates on site.

After the congress is completed, PCO Gotland draws up a detailed final statement of accounts.
